Welcome to Fleet Hypnosis
Stop smoking, defeat anxiety, build confidence, and overcome fears with hypnotherapy
Do you have something you would like to change? Perhaps you would like to be more confident, get on that aeroplane, take control of your weight or worry less. Hypnotherapy can provide a permanent treatment solution without the use of medication.
More people are turning to hypnotherapy for their ailments and disorders. The gentle and relaxing nature of sessions allows you time to breathe, time to relax and time to focus upon yourself.
Although a popular belief, hypnotherapy is not a 21st-century treatment. Recent media coverage has told of celebrities turning to hypnosis to help them perform better in sports, to cope with anxiety and depression, addiction and stage fright. Hypnotherapy has been helping people to change their thinking patterns using positive suggestion and the subconscious mind for centuries.
If you have an ailment or issue and think hypnotherapy could benefit you, or perhaps you are unsure and would like to know more, Chris Fleet is always happy to meet and discuss things through with you.
Chris Fleet offers all new clients a FREE, no-obligation consultation.
The consultation is for you to discover what hypnotherapy is, how it may help you and to answer any questions.
To book your consultation telephone 01803 500 300 or complete the form below.

You have to want the treatment to work and must establish a good clinical rapport with the therapist for it to do so.
