Welcome to Fleet Hypnosis

Hypnotherapy in Devon to stop smoking, defeat anxiety, build confidence, and overcome fears with hypnotherapy

Do you have something you would like to change? Perhaps you want to be more confident, get on that aeroplane, take control of your weight or worry less. Hypnotherapy in Devon can provide a permanent treatment solution without the use of medication.

More people are turning to hypnotherapy for their ailments and disorders. The gentle and relaxing nature of sessions allows you time to breathe, relax, and focus on yourself.

Although a popular belief, hypnotherapy is not a 21st-century treatment.  Recent media coverage has written about celebrities turning to hypnosis to help them perform better. Sports personalities, singers, actors, models, and performers have all used hypnotherapy. They have turned to this treatment to help them with stress, anxiety and depression, addiction and stage fright. Hypnotherapy aids people to change their thinking patterns using positive suggestion.

If you have an ailment or issue and think hypnotherapy could benefit you, or perhaps you are unsure and would like to know more, Chris Fleet is one of the most experienced (if not the most experienced) people practising hypnotherapy in Devon, and is, always happy to meet and discuss things through with you.

Chris Fleet offers all new clients a £10.00 one-hour initial Consultation.

The consultation is for you to discover what hypnotherapy is, how it may help you and to answer any questions.

To book your consultation telephone 01803 500 300 or complete the form below.
